Are you looking for a new professional challenge and interested in working in a multicultural call center environment?
Vertente Humana, Human Resources Company, is currently recruiting Hungarian Customer Support Agents.
- Perform and Receive phone calls to Small and Medium Companies in several countries to schedule the collecting of customer equipment;
- Provide information and answer questions.
Working schedule: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Days off: Saturday and Sunday
Localization: Lisbon (Areeiro)

What are we looking for?
• Hungarian Speakers
• Fluent level in English
• Responsible, good listener, diplomatic and assertive.
• Available to start in 1 to 3 weeks (considering the starting dates)
• Flexibility in the schedules
• Customer orientation.
• Good computer skills.
